How we handle your information.

What we collect. When you contact us or request a meet & greet, we collect what you send us: your name, contact details, neighborhood, and information about your dog. When you become a client, we collect the information in your service agreement and intake questionnaire, including home access details needed to provide care.

How we use it. Solely to provide and schedule pet care services, communicate with you, and process payments. We never sell your information, and we never share it except with the professional assigned to your dog and the service providers that run our operations (payment processing, scheduling, email).

Home & access information (keys, entry procedures, codes) is treated as confidential, stored in a coded system that never links keys to addresses, and covered by lifetime confidentiality obligations in every professional's agreement.

Photos of your dog appear in your private visit reports. They are used publicly (this website, social media) only with your signed, revocable media release — never your name beyond your dog's first name, never your address or building.

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard server logs.
