This website is an introduction to our services, not a contract. Services are provided under a written service agreement, signed at onboarding, which governs in full.

The short version of our service terms: services are performed by vetted independent pet care professionals; rates are listed on our Services page; billing is weekly prepay on a card on file; cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are free and fully refunded; cancellations inside 24 hours are charged in full with no refund; holidays and hazardous weather carry a 25% adjustment with our safety protocol in effect; never more than three dogs per walk, up to four in Park Playtime sessions.

Website content — text, design, the paw mark, and photographs — belongs to The Gotham Dog Company and may not be reused without permission. Dog photographs appear with their families' consent.
