The simple terms. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead: completely free, refunded in full. Inside 24 hours: charged in full, no refund. Holidays and hazardous weather (100°F+, snowstorms, below -10°F) carry a 25% adjustment with our safety protocol in effect — and when conditions make a full walk unsafe, we'll tell you a shorter visit is the right call. Billing is a simple weekly prepay on a card on file. Recurring clients: ask about loyalty pricing at your meet & greet.
